When Faith Meets the Impossible

SUBLIME INTIMACY

Faith and common sense don’t walk the same path.

Faith says, “God will.”
Common sense says, “This makes no sense.”

You may trust God easily on the mountaintop—
but what about in the valley where demons rage, resources dry up, and hope gets mocked?

That’s where real faith is born—
in conflict.

Every promise you claim will be tested.
Every belief will be challenged by facts.
But Jesus never asked you to trust what you can see—
He asked you to trust Him.

Kingdom Disciples: A Word from Pastor Kevin

Sons and daughters,
This journey requires unshakable trust.
Not in outcomes.
Not in circumstances.
But in the One who never fails.

Can you believe for God’s glory when everything looks like defeat?

Faith is forged in fire.
And God’s glory shows up right where your confidence should collapse.

Keep believing.
Keep walking.
Keep trusting Jesus when it makes no sense.

He will not let you fall.

Today’s Prayer

Lord Jesus,
Teach me to trust You when everything around me tells me not to.
Help me believe not just in what You can do,
but in who You are—especially when I don’t understand.
Strengthen my faith through the fire.
Amen.
