If You Haven’t Found, Keep Seeking
When asking isn’t enough, Jesus says to seek—and keep knocking until the door opens.

The Next Best Thing to Do
Some of you have been asking, but you’ve stopped short of seeking.
And when it comes to pursuing God, a passive prayer life won’t cut it.
Jesus didn’t just say ask—He said seek.
That means get up. Move forward. Narrow your life around the pursuit of Him.
Many people want a deeper walk with God, but few are willing to seek with their whole heart. We pray when we feel guilt, cry out when trouble hits, and chase God when the pain is unbearable—but once the fire cools, we settle. We go back to the ease of familiarity. But you will not find God that way.
“Seek, and you will find” is not a suggestion—it’s a promise with a process.
And that process is intense.
You’ll knock and realize your hands are unclean.
You’ll draw near and see how far your heart has drifted.
But it is in that seeking—that holy discomfort—that you begin to discover the God you thought you already knew.
Kingdom Discipleship: A Word from Pastor Kevin
Sons and daughters,
Jesus isn’t playing hide and seek.
But some of you have mistaken a closed door for a final answer.
Let me tell you something: the door isn’t locked—it’s just closed to the casual.
There are levels in God that can’t be accessed by surface faith. You don’t break through by being cute. You break through by being desperate.
I’m not talking about desperation for blessings.
I’m talking about holy desperation for Him—to know Him, to be purified by Him, to become like Him.
You want revelation?
You want authority?
You want clarity?
Then knock until your pride breaks.
Seek until your idols fall.
Humble yourself like the thief on the cross—because sometimes the only way in is on your knees, next to a dying man who had the sense to cry out,
“Lord, remember me.
Seek and you will find.

Today’s Prayer
Father,
Forgive me for settling.
Forgive me for thinking one prayer was enough.
Today I seek You—not comfort, not answers, but You.
Strip away anything that keeps me from knocking.
Cleanse my hands. Purify my heart.
Make me desperate again.
Make me holy again.
Make me Yours again.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
